Design service terms

Curated Home Service

€199 total including VAT covers one room in a property in Spain. The service includes an interior design consultation by video call, a proposed furniture layout, a 3D room concept with an interactive 360° view presented by video call, and a personalised shopping list from our signature collection.

The service does not include an at-home consultation or measuring your room. You provide a floor plan, useful measurements, photographs from all four corners and a description of your needs. Your designer will confirm consultation arrangements and the project schedule with you. The service is design guidance; structural, electrical and other regulated work requires the appropriate qualified professionals.

A €100 shopping voucher is redeemable on a qualifying Higo Blue order over €5,000. Contact Sophie to arrange redemption. Furniture and homeware purchases are separate from this design fee.

Turnkey Interior Design

Enquiries are free and are for properties in Spain with a total project budget of at least €5,000. This is a project budget threshold, not an upfront charge. We agree scope, fees, timing and payment terms with you before issuing an invoice. The brochure’s €400 shopping voucher applies to qualifying orders over €20,000; Sophie will arrange redemption.

Your brief and changes

You can save and update your brief before submitting. After submission it is locked for review; contact Sophie if you need it reopened. Share only files you are entitled to provide. You retain your rights to your photographs and plans and allow us to use them to carry out your project.

Cancellations and questions

To request a cancellation, refund or change, email sophie@higoblue.com with your purchase email and payment reference. We will discuss the work already agreed and your applicable rights. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Homeware orders made through our Square shop are subject to the shop’s own checkout and order terms.
